A bottle of this amazing bourbon sells for $125 per bottle, with a portion of the sale going to supports Save the Catwalk
Those who are considering purchase can get a complimentary tasting. If you want to tarry a bit longer, you can purchase a bottle and enjoy a drink in the tasting room. Bring your own glass and ice, or purchase a Save the Catwalk bourbon glass for $15 a piece.
This small-batch bourbon is available in limited quantities, so if you want a bottle, don’t wait. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

A bottle with a story
The label features our catwalk, the Algoma lighthouse, and U.S. Navy veteran and Algoma resident Jason Baltutis, who served aboard the USS Midway, USS Fife, and USS Abraham Lincoln. Before bottling, the bourbon even made a symbolic run up to Sturgeon Bay, following the Algoma lighthouse route.
The Last Beacon also remembers Algoma Police Officer Ronald Leist, who lost his life on October 9, 1969, attempting to rescue a fisherman swept from the pier into Lake Michigan. This Friday, launch day, is the 57th anniversary of his sacrifice. Bottle No. 1 will be presented to his family.
Bottle No. 2 will be auctioned at our Oktoberfest Celebration on Saturday, October 17, at the Algoma Boat Club, and all auction proceeds will go to the Save the Catwalk campaign. Come ready to bid!

Stop by and say hello
Members of the Save the Catwalk Committee will be at the tasting room this weekend to answer your questions about the restoration. Pick up a bottle and a couple of Save the Catwalk bourbon glasses, enjoy a tasting, and learn how your purchase helps bring our historic catwalk home. A portion of every bottle and the sale of every glass supports the campaign.
Then mark your calendar for our Oktoberfest Celebration on Saturday, October 17, where we’ll draw our Fall 2026 Raffle winner and share a major announcement about the campaign.
